Watson Legacy Group LLC · Effective on account creation

Welcome to E-Motions™. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Watson Legacy Group LLC ("we," "us"), a Delaware limited liability company, the seller of record and the party you contract with. By creating an account or using E-Motions, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

E-Motions is for adults 18 and older. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18.

2. What E-Motions is — and is not

E-Motions is a relationship communication and self-reflection tool for entertainment and personal use. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, crisis intervention, or domestic-violence intervention, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. It will never tell you to stay in, leave, end, or continue any relationship.

3. Your account and your partner

One Full Access subscription covers you and one invited partner. Your partner creates their own separate account. Do not share login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Privacy between partners

Entries you mark private are visible only to you. Only content you explicitly share becomes visible to your partner. You may disconnect a partner at any time, which ends the shared space immediately.

5. AI features

Some features use AI to generate suggestions. AI output is a suggestion only, may be imperfect, and is clearly labeled. You decide whether to act on it or send any message. AI never sends messages on your behalf and never reveals a partner's private entries.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions bill monthly and renew automatically until canceled through your Whop account. Payments are processed by Whop. See our Refund Policy. Some AI-powered features have monthly usage allowances shown before use.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use E-Motions to harass, threaten, or harm anyone; to violate any law; or to attempt to access another user's private data. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Intellectual property

E-Motions™, its content, and its design are owned by Watson Legacy Group LLC. E-Motions™ is a trademark of Watson Legacy Group LLC.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

E-Motions is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watson Legacy Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, with venue in New Castle County, Delaware. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, with a class-action waiver. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. A small-claims option remains available. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

11. Changes
