Creator Ambassador Terms

Watson Legacy Group LLC · E-Motions™ Creator Suite

These terms govern the E-Motions™ Creator Ambassador Program, available with a Creator Suite membership. By participating, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Use.

Eligibility and access

A Creator Suite membership provides an active affiliate link, an affiliate code, and the creator tools described in the app. Participation does not guarantee referrals, commissions, income, audience growth, or selection for any featured placement, contest, or campaign. Many participants in affiliate programs of any kind earn little or no commission. Your results depend on your own effort, your audience, and conditions outside anyone's control.

Commission

Approved, active Creator Suite Ambassadors may earn 50% of Net Collected Subscription Revenue on Qualified Direct Referrals, for each billing period in which the referred customer remains an active paying subscriber. This applies whether the referred customer subscribes to Full Access or Creator Suite. This is a single-level, direct-referral program only — you earn on customers you personally refer, never on referrals made by people you referred.

"Net Collected Subscription Revenue" means amounts actually received and retained by Watson Legacy Group LLC from a referred subscription after deduction of refunds, chargebacks and disputes, discounts and credits, applicable taxes, payment-processing fees, platform fees, affiliate payout-processing fees, currency conversion, fraudulent or reversed payments, and any free or trial period. Because these deductions vary, no specific dollar amount is promised or implied.

Payouts, fees, and taxes

Referral tracking, commission calculation, payout timing and method, minimum thresholds, fee deductions, and tax documents are handled through Whop under your own agreement with Whop. Watson Legacy Group LLC does not process your payout, set Whop's fees, or issue your tax forms. Your Whop dashboard is the authoritative record of your referrals, earnings, fees, and payout history. If a figure shown by Watson Legacy Group differs from your Whop dashboard, the Whop dashboard controls. Commissions are reversed on refunds, chargebacks, and disputed or fraudulent payments.

How you must promote

You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, near every recommendation, consistent with FTC guidance (for example: "I'm an E-Motions Ambassador and may earn a commission if you subscribe through my link"). For video, the disclosure must appear in the video itself, not only in a caption.

You must not: make income, earnings, or lifestyle claims; make relationship-outcome claims; present E-Motions as therapy, medical, legal, financial, or crisis services; use anyone's private relationship information without written consent; use fake testimonials, fabricated screenshots, false urgency, or impersonation; spam; use purchased or scraped contact lists; use unauthorized coupon codes; or bid on Watson Legacy Group or E-Motions trademarks in paid search without written authorization.

Suspension and changes

Watson Legacy Group LLC may withhold or reverse commissions, and suspend or remove participation, for violations or fraud, and may modify or end the program prospectively. Contact: watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com.
